Ordering and Delivery Information
Our rings are individually hand crafted per order, and total estimated delivery time is 10-12 weeks.
You can expect the following timeline, beginning from the date you place your order:

Your order is received by New Horizon Universal Life via our online ordering system.

We check the order for completeness and accuracy (required by manufacturer) & fax our in-house
order form to the manufacturer within 24 hours. (Mondays - Fridays)

Within 24-48 hours from our faxed submission (Mondays - Fridays), we receive a faxed confirmation
of your order from our manufacturer. At this point, your order in our online system will be marked as "shipped" &
you will receive an automated notice. This is your notification that your order has been successfully received by the manufacturer,
and that we have prepared your order confirmation & ring information packet, which will be sent to you via postal mail
- this is *not* the delivery confirmation information for your physical ring. This is the shipping notice
of your ring order confirmation / information packet.

Manufacturing of your ring takes between 8 and 10 weeks, subject to seasonal "busy times" such as Christmas
and typical graduation times.

Your ring is then shipped directly to NHUL. This is typically a 5-7 day transit time. We open the box
and check the ring against your original order form & fax verification information to the manufacturer, per our contract
with them.

We then reseal the box, notify you by email and ship it out to you the next day via U.S. Priority Mail or
Global Priority Mail, depending on your location.

You receive your ring within 3-5 business days from *our receipt*, or 10-14 business days from *our receipt*,
respectively. If you live in an area where Global Priority Mail is not available, transit time for your package will take longer, and we are unfortunately not able to predict this amount of time.

TOTAL estimated delivery time from the date of your order: 10-12 weeks. Please
mark this on your calendar, so there is no confusion on the anticipated delivery window, or assumption of delay. We
will not be able to update you on the manufacturing process during production.
